We built a free 5-day course on supply chain sustainability
The importance of sustainability in the supply chain is well recognized. Yet between acronyms, regulations, and endless reports, knowing where to start can feel impossible.
That’s why we built this.
Why we created it?
Supply chains account for up to 90% of a company’s total environmental impact. That’s Scope 3 emissions, everything that happens outside your own operations. The biggest sustainability lever most companies have, sits in their supply chain.
And yet, when we talk to supply chain executives, we keep hearing the same thing: “I know I need to do something about sustainability, but I don’t know what.”

We have 35+ years of experience in leadership, strategy, and business design across the private sector and academia. We co-founded Jakamo, a supplier collaboration platform used by manufacturing companies worldwide. We’ve advised Nordic industrial leaders on supply chain management and sustainability, lectured and published internationally on how to turn sustainability into competitive advantage, and wrote the book Supplier Experience.
So we decided to pack what we know into something practical: a free 5-day email course that helps to lead sustainable supply chains with clarity. Each day takes about 5 minutes to read.
What it is?

The Supply Chain Sustainability Playbook: five days, five lessons, about five minutes per day.
Each lesson covers one key aspect of supply chain sustainability and gives you concrete steps to take action.
What can be expected to walk away with?
- The key facts that explain why sustainability can’t be ignored anymore
- A clear framework for leading supply chain sustainability at a strategic level
- Real use cases that can be applied immediately
- The confidence to discuss sustainability in management meetings
- A foundation to turn sustainability into a competitive advantage
Who it’s for?
This course is for supply chain executives who know sustainability matters but haven’t had time to figure it out. Leaders who want practical guidance they can actually use.
If you’ve been meaning to get serious about supply chain sustainability but keep pushing it off because it feels overwhelming, this is for you.
